The cancellation policy is effective for all vacations crafted by Travels2020 from 01 September 2019.
Travels2020
customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date
of
cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For refunds related
to
on-trip
cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of
their return
or
when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For queries/clarifications, please

The refund amount depicted is subject to change based on international exchange rates, refunds
received from
suppliers, and payments received from customers till date. Any change in the refund amount will be
communicated
to customers by their respective account owners.
Flights
- Flights marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers are eligible for zero refund.
- For flights marked as "Refundable," refunds will be processed as per the "Cancellation Policy"
section
in
the product and final itinerary shared over email.
- Refunds for flights may vary due to international exchange rates.
- Travels2020 is not responsible for grounded, cancelled, or delayed flights. Cancellation
requests for
these
flights must be placed with the respective airlines.
- Customers must ensure their passports have at least 1-year validity and are in good condition.
Travels2020
is not liable for refunds due to invalid passports.
- Customers are advised to reach the airport at least 2 hours prior to boarding. Travels2020 is
not
responsible for missed flights due to delayed arrival at the airport.
Hotels
- Hotels marked as "Non-Refundable" on final travel vouchers are eligible for zero refund.
- Refunds for "Refundable" hotels will be processed as per the "Cancellation Policy" section in
the
product
and final itinerary shared over email.
- Total refunds for hotels may vary due to international exchange rates.
- Travels2020 is not responsible for hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, or quality of
accommodation.
Additional costs for on-trip room upgrades or amenities will be borne by the customer.
Activities
- Activities marked as "Non-Refundable" are eligible for zero refund.
- Refunds for "Refundable" activities will be processed as per the "Cancellation Policy" section
in the
product and final itinerary shared over email.
Transfers
- Refunds for transfers will be processed as per the "Cancellation Policy" section in the product
and
final
itinerary shared over email.
- Total refunds for transfers may vary due to international exchange rates.
Visa & Insurance
- Travels2020 acts as a facilitator for Visa applications. The discretion to grant or reject Visa
rests
solely
with the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable for rejected applications.
- Travels2020 is not responsible for unforeseen changes in Visa formalities levied by embassies
during the
processing phase.
- Insurance once applied is non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
