Travels2020 accepts bookings according to the following terms and conditions. These terms specifically apply to tour reservations made by Travels2020 customers. By booking your holidays and services with us, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. The terms “booking,” “tour,” or “arrangements” here refer to various tour-related services. 1. Your Tour Agreement
We place great emphasis on the agreement between the client ("you") and our company, which remains confidential and is not shared with any third party. In the event of disputes or dissatisfaction, Travels2020 is committed to supporting its clients; however, we are not responsible for any issues arising from personal matters. Only the Director of Travels2020 can modify or remove these terms. Discounts and promotions are valid only if explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
2. Tour Payment
All outstanding dues must be cleared at least 30 days before the start of your trip. Once you contact us directly or through other channels, we will inform you of the “balance due date.” Failure to complete payment by this date grants the tour operator the right to cancel your booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit is required. Some tour packages may require a larger deposit based on specific payment terms. Review the details and terms of your chosen package. 4. Modifying Your Booking

5. Our Tour Transparency
We carefully plan every holiday to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. While Travels2020 oversees the conduct of its staff, agents, and suppliers during the trip, we are not liable for any violent or unlawful acts that occur during travel. Guests are encouraged to travel responsibly.
6. Advertisement/Website/Brochure Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and clear information through our website, brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials. However, changes or errors may occur. Clients are advised to review these terms and conditions before booking. For clarification, please email us at info@travels2020.com.
7. Booking Cancellation
Cancellations are permitted but subject to specific charges and timelines. To cancel a booking, notify us via phone or email within the stipulated timeframe. Cancellation charges will apply, and refunds are not guaranteed for amounts already paid.

To cancel a booking, clients must submit a written request to Travels2020 along with any necessary documents. Hotel and flight cancellations will follow the respective policies of the hotel and airline.

If a specific attraction is cancelled due to natural calamities or government directives, no refunds will be issued.
10. Refund Policy
Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 5 business days to the original mode of payment.
