• Any cost of personal nature
• Any cost not mentioned in ‘Cost Includes’ section.

• Above rates are valid onlyfor Indian Passport Holder.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Last Minute booking (6 Working days prior of arrival date) with cost 5%

• Pan card copy of guest travelling is mandatory at time of booking as per

• Tax Collection at Source- TCS Proof-TCS is applicable from 01st Oct 2020 5% of TCS collection proof must be provided along with the payment.
• In the absence of TCS proof, additional 8% will be charged and refunded once the proof of TCS provided. Tax Deducted at Source- TDS:
• Full invoice amount has to be realised in our account without deduction of TDS amount.
• For those companies which TDS is mandatory, we will collect the TDS Last Minute booking (6 Working days prior of arrival date) with cost 5%
• additional on the top of the invoice value Pan card copy of guest travelling is mandatory at time of booking as per govt: rule.

• For those companies which TDS is mandatory, we will collect the TDS amount as security deposit and will refund after the submission of TDS certificate (Form 16 A) Return Airport Transfers are during Daytime and combined Seaplane/Domestic Flight arrival cannot be arranged if International flight lands After 14:20 Hrs, also departure of the international flight should falls in after 9AM till 15:00 Hrs to arrange Seaplane / Domestic Flight transfer Any refund will be in the form of a credit note only.
• Credit note will be issued within 15 days after the completion of the tour. Credit note once issued needs to be utilized within the same financial year from April to March Early check-in, Smoking Rooms, Non Smoking Rooms, Views, Floors, King, Twin, Adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and at the discretion of the Hotel/Resort.
• We try our best to accommodate your request but the same cannot be guaranteed prior.
• The validity of passport should be minimum 6 months from intended date of return Honeymoon offer is valid for clients travelling within 06 months from the date of the wedding and also a copy of the wedding card/certificate should be produced at the resort upon request.
• The USD conversion rate would be considered as prevailing as of that day when the final payment is made as per our card rate.
• DMC Maldives will not accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea, weather, any kind of political or govt strikes, unforeseen events, natural & political calamities, disaster or Indeed any other causes once booked and during trip, all such expenses will have to be borne by guests/passengers.
